Any of the above can be handled by our Complete Collateral Resolution Service section. IE: Liens advanced on your behalf, all paperwork presented to the necessary authorities, and or the impound that has control of the collateral.

Please keep in mind that any vehicle, voluntary or involuntary, must be handled by a licenced, firm and a licenced repossessor. This license is granted by the State of California. All of the above, is what Key has to offer you the client.

At the time of assignment, you will be instructed on the paperwork that is needed to secure the collateral, or we will inquire and contact your office to inform you of what is needed.

At the time of assignment you have the option of designating the disposition of the collateral. IE: Take to our storage facility and hold for instructions; Deliver to a location of your choice IE: auto auction, dealership, etc.; Please obtain bids (no charge to the client).

What is the benefit of this service, as opposed to having it handled as an ordinary repo? This can be a cost savings for you the client.

Example: Car is picked up at location (A) and delivered to a final destination of your choice IE: Auction, or another alternative sales point. Complete Collateral Resolution Service is offering to cut the middle man out of the transaction, and eliminate the repo charges, classify it as a voluntary, and transport same on our new modern transporters, rollbacks, or car carriers. What this presents to you is a savings of money and time (time being money, getting the collateral to the destination in a timely manner, and set up for liquidation.)

Please keep in mind, that we are prepared to advance up to $3,000.00 on your behalf, when this assignment is acknowledged and completed, we would like to have the advanced monies either bank wired, or express mailed to our office within 3 working days. Liens in excess of the $3,000.00 will be discussed at the time of the request for assistance.

Condition reports are made up at no cost at time of picking the collateral up. Pictures are provided at an additional cost. (4 color poloroids for the cost of $8.00). Bids obtained at no cost. Storage of vehicle (10 working days free) thereafter, the storage rate is $8.00 to the client, and if the borrower should happen to change his or her mind, there will be a charge of $12.00 per day from the time of impounding by firm.
